Returns & Refunds

We want you to be happy with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned. Please read our returns policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns Due to Faulty Products

If you receive any items that you did not order, or that prove to be faulty, please contact our Customer Service Team within 14 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a returns address and assist you with a refund or replacement. When enquiring about returning items, please quote your order number, the nature of the fault, and whether you require a replacement item to be sent out, or a refund. Please note that we will not refund or replace items due to damage caused by incorrect usage or normal wear and tear.

Returns Due to Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for items due to a change of mind. Please ensure you read the product description carefully and verify that it is compatible with your DVD or Blu-ray player before making your purchase.

Region Compatibility

Please note that our DVDs are encoded for Region 4 and our Blu-rays are encoded for Region B. This information is denoted on each product page and in the Help file. We are unable to accept returns due to region incompatibility.

Returning Physical Items

If the fault is physical, please ensure you send a photo of the damage so we can assess what went wrong. Whilst we will do our best to replace faulty items, please note that most DVDs and Blu-rays are produced in limited quantities, so a replacement for the exact same item may not always be possible - in which case, an alternative item may be offered, or a refund if the item is not deemed suitable by the customer.

Please note that we reserve the right to refuse any returns that do not meet the above criteria.
